As many of our members are aware that the youngest crescent moon (Hilal) will be visible on the UK horizon for the next 6 months (January – June 2012), Insha-Allah.

Some members have requested help with finding the Hilal from their own location. Please see attached a brief instruction sheet (1-page), which explains a reliable method of locating the Hilal in the UK cloudy weather, even if it appears for a few seconds (i.e. through a break in the cloud)!
