In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh
The Fatwa quoted below was deliberated amongst the Scholars at Department of Darul-Iftaa (Wifaqul Ulama) and the conclusion reached after discussion was as follows:
بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم
حامدا ومصليا ومسلما
الجواب ومنه الصواب
Since there are no added animal fat or (animal) ingredients in the ASDA brand milk, it will be permissible to consume. We advise Muslims to be careful and confirm the content before forwarding messages on Social Media.

The Milk is all obtained from British Farms. The Arla dairy at Aylesbury was officially opened by Agriculture Secretary Owen Paterson in 2014 and it is one of the largest in the country and possibly supplies a large number of ASDA stores.
