Attached Calendar for the Month of Jamad Ul Ula 1433

Many of us tried to look for the Hilal on the Thursday evening but we had heavy clouds in the UK so we were not able to look for the Crescent. There were no news of actual sighting (Muhaqaq Ru’ayat e Basri) from anywhere to the East of UK and we have received written confirmation from the Ministry of Awqaf in Morocco of Negative Sighting as well. We therefore completed 30 days of Rabi ul Thani and the first day of Jumad al Ula in the United Kingdom will be on Saturday 24th March 2012 Insha Allah.

Saudi Arabia also had 30 days of Rabi ul Thani and will also commence the Month from Saturday 24th March but based on the pre calculated Umm ul Qura Calendar.
