English Translation of the Qur’aan
Mufti Muḥammad Taqi ‘Us̱mānī (RA)
Qu’raan is the main religious text of Islam and central to the lives of Muslims. It was revealed by Allah (God) upon Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him) over 1400 years ago.
Muslims believe that the actual text of the Qur’aan is divinely protected and cannot be altered. The translation of the original (Arabic) in any language is considered nearest to the (actual) meaning.
